Ted Brown has experience advising clients on a variety of complex real estate transactions. His practice focuses on structuring real estate transactions for a number of different industries and product types, including large multifamily projects, office and mixed-use buildings, shopping centers, and industrial logistics facilities.
Ted counsels clients on a wide range of projects, including real estate development and entitlements, commercial leasing, and real estate financing. He also regularly advises clients on the real estate aspects of general corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ted was an associate in the real estate section of a Denver-based law firm. He has also worked in-house in the legal department of a large financial institution.
