Andrew Ceppos takes a collaborative approach to help clients close their most complex debt finance transactions in the United States and around the world.
Andrew represents the full range of clients engaged in debt finance. He regularly works with lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated credit facilities as well as issuers and underwriters in structured debt capital markets offerings. Andrew has helped commercial banks, alternative lenders, export credit agencies, insurance companies, and corporate borrowers successfully close deals.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew worked for over four years as an associate in the New York office of an Am Law 200 firm where he focused his practice on the financing of transportation assets. While there, he gained experience representing clients in corporate finance matters, restructurings and equity sales, asset sales and purchases, and operating lease transactions.
During law school, Andrew earned a fellowship in international business law and was recognized with awards for excellence in secured transactions and commercial law. He also won the opportunity to present an oral argument on corporate law to a panel of judges from the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court in the final round of a moot court competition.

Represented LabCorp in a two-way acquisition and divestiture transaction with Envigo for net cash consideration of US$485m to be paid by LabCorp.
Represented an Ecuadorian bank in the issuance of US$175m of privately placed bonds backed by future flows of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express merchant voucher receivables.
Represented J.P. Morgan on an A$735m financing for InfraBuild Australia comprising an A$250m asset-based revolving facility and US$325m senior secured bond issuance.
Represented a German bank in a US$125m warehouse facility for a U.S. lessor to back-leverage operating leases with various foreign cargo airlines in advance of an ABS issuance.*
Represented the investors in BAC International Bank Inc.'s securitization of future credit card merchant voucher receivables from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Represented DFC in a US$20m financing made available for an impact investment fund's acquisition of accounts receivable generated by pay-as-you-go solar home systems in Kenya.
