We are committed to become a leader in diversity and inclusion (D&I), where all of our people can be themselves and feel empowered to succeed. We know that diversity makes us a better law firm and helps us to attract the best talent, drive innovation, and deliver the best experience for our clients.

We have a global diversity and inclusion team that works together to deliver programs and initiatives to support all of our legal and business services people.

The Global Committee comprises senior representation from across our practice groups, industry sectors, and regions. The Committee is accountable for defining and executing our global D&I strategy.

Our focus areas

To help us focus and measure our efforts in diversity and inclusion, we have prioritized three strands of diversity globally. Our regional programs support additional diversity strands including disability, age, and social mobility.

Advocating for change

We have a long history of advocating for equality and work towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our Citizenship program invests time, talent, and resource in the places where we live and work, and across our global community. Find out more about our Empowering Girls and Women Initiative, which is advancing and protecting the rights of girls and women, and our pro bono work to help those who continue to face inequality in the community because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
