Tomoe Takahashi focuses on multi-jurisdictional trademark enforcement and portfolio management.

Tomoe's day-to-day work includes enforcing clients' trademark rights and advising clients on anticounterfeiting measures around the world, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, conducting trademark clearance searches, and advising on trademark availability and eligibility for registration.

Tomoe also advises clients on drafting and negotiating various intellectual property contracts as well as trademark due diligence in M&A transactions. In order to protect a company's brand and reputation, she also covers various product safety and compliance issues (such as compliance with product safety regulations, labelling, and product recalls) that may arise in the product life cycle, including those relating to manufacturing, the supply chain, distribution, marketing, and the end-user.
