He advises on the sale, purchase, and leasing of individual aircraft and portfolios, as well as various financing structures. Terry has acted for airlines, banks, lessors, and investors on a range of matters including pre-delivery financings, the sale and purchase of aircraft, cross-border aircraft leases, and the granting and potential enforcement of security.
Terry has also represented many of the industry's leading banks and institutions active in aviation finance on some of their most complex transactions undertaken in the Asia-Pacific region.

Advised DVB Bank SE on an aircraft portfolio refinancing for Minsheng Financial Leasing - Airline Economics Aviation 100 Asia-Pacific Refinancing Deal of the Year 2016.
Advised the Korea Development Bank and KDB Asset Management on the structured senior debt/junior note financing of an A380-800 aircraft for Asiana Airlines.
Advised CA-CIB on senior, mezzanine, and junior loan facilities to finance an A330 aircraft delivered to HKAC on lease to SriLankan Airlines.
Advised Malaysia Airlines Berhad in relation to its restructuring, one of the largest ever undertaken by a national carrier.
Advised the Korea Development Bank on loan facilities to China Aircraft Leasing Group financing the acquisition of two new A321 aircraft leased to Air Macau.
