Florian Agnel is partner at Hogan Lovells. He is a member of our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects team and has extensive experience of all aspects of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Advising the Peruvian government on a new standard form contract for its PPP concessions.
