Paul B. Salvaty is a business trial lawyer. His primary focus is in the prosecution and defense of business disputes with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, entertainment and IP litigation, class actions and mass torts, and antitrust matters. Paul has represented a variety of major companies and public agencies both as plaintiffs and defendants.

Paul has more than 20 years of trial and appellate experience in both state and federal actions. He has first-chaired several trials, argued numerous appeals and dispositive motions, handled many successful mediations, and taken and defended dozens of fact and expert depositions. On the plaintiff side alone, Paul has recovered over US$100m in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.

Paul served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and for the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Gadbois, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Paul is also active in the Los Angeles and San Francisco legal communities. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Tahirih Justice Center and previously served as president of the board of directors of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and president of the board of the U.C. Hastings Foundation.
