Daria conducts internal investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption and export control violations and supports clients during investigations and checks by state authorities. She also helps clients develop and implement robust compliance programs. Apart from investigations and compliance matters, Daria has experience in international arbitration and litigation.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Daria worked at leading international and Russian law firms where apart from dispute resolution matters she was involved in large-scale M&A and capital markets projects, and major corporate and financial restructurings. This diverse experience allows her to approach issues from different angles and work on multi-disciplinary disputes with ease.

Assessing compliance programs and practices of several international pharmaceutical companies to identify compliance risks.

Advising various international companies on compliance risks associated with operations in Russia, including sales through distributors.

Conducting an internal investigation at an equipment manufacturer regarding alleged corruption and fraud in Russia.

Conducting an internal investigation for a leading manufacturer of air conditioning equipment regarding alleged violations of the FCPA in Russia, Ukraine and Poland.

Acting for a major Russian real estate developer in an arbitration before the LCIA in respect of a dispute under a Joint Venture Agreement.

Acting for a major U.S. producer of agricultural equipment in an arbitration before the ICAC under the EAC in respect of a dispute under an Agency Contract.

Acting for a leading tire manufacturer in an arbitration before the ICAC under the Russian CCI in respect of a dispute regarding a construction project.

Assisting an international company in connection with a criminal investigation in respect of an aviation accident in Russia.
