Richard Diffenthal is a Partner in our London office who primarily advises clients in the Technology and Media, FinTech and Digital Health sectors, in particular where digital technologies are creating convergence in adjacent sectors and verticals. Richard advises on a variety of corporate transactions including cross border M&A, "acqui-hires", complex joint ventures, corporate restructurings as well as early stage and growth capital investments (from Series A to pre-IPO rounds).

Richard co-leads the Tech Hub, a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers in our London office who work for clients at the cutting edge of disruptive technologies, focussing in particular for clients working in AI and with crypto-currencies.
