As senior associate in our corporate practice, Benoit Serraf advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private acquisition and merger & demerger. He focuses on general corporate legal issues and commercial advice and assists in corporate structuring and restructuring as well as in private equity transactions. Benoit brings experience on refinancing transactions as well.
Benoit holds a Master in international business law and a DJCE in business law from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France). He was admitted to both the Paris and the Luxembourg Bar. Benoit is fluent in French and English and has good knowledge of Spanish.
Prior joining Hogan Lovells, Benoit worked for major law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.

Advised Charterhouse capital on 60% acquisition Serb (Belgian pharmaceuticals business) which reported in 2016 EUR 65 million revenues.
Advising M&G on corporate aspects regarding its EUR 32.9 million acquisition of logistics real estate assets located near Warsaw, totaling close to 50,000 sqm.
